ABI Foundation hires 20 cultural managers (1 from Bucharest and 19 from other county residences) – Part-time program, in order to organize the ABIFF 2021 International Animation Film Festival.

• Higher education completed or in progress;
• Studies in the field of management or project management is an advantage;
• Computer skills (Windows, Office, Online Communication);
• Concerns about the proposed activities are an advantage;

• Ability to organize time, tasks and work;
• Domicile in any county residence.

Job description

• Facilitates the coordination and development of local activities;
• Participates in preparation activities for the organization of the festival at the local level;
• Participates in the project meeting;
• Maintains a close relationship with the Executive Director and raises issues that cannot be resolved at the local level;
• Maintains the relationship with the screening rooms in order to carry out the festival;
• It is ensured that the means of information and publicity at local level are used according to the project;
• Coordinates with the rest of the project team to meet project objectives at the local level;
• Organizes 2 local online workshops for high school students to promote animation.

Company description

The International Animation Film Festival – ABIFF is to take place in Bucharest, between July 9-11, 2021 and will be multiplied in at least 18 county residences in Romania by the end of September 2021.
This Project is organized by ABI Foundation and financed by the EEA Grants 2014 – 2021, within the RO-CULTURE Program, through the financing contract no. RO-CULTURA – A2-12 / 2020 / and wants to capture the public’s attention by broadcasting 400 animated short films, mostly European productions. The ABIFF project, having as beneficiary the ABI Foundation, has a total value of 943,800 lei, of which non-reimbursable financing of 849,420 lei and runs from 01.05.2020 to 30.10.2021.
